Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open StashMode and tap the Me tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away and you're signed out.
Paying for a plan? Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your phone's subscription settings (how), or you may keep being charged.
Can't open the app?
Email support@stashmode.app with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address linked to your account. If you used Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, tell us that and we'll help verify you. We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: email, name, birth year, mascot name and all settings
- All hustles, tasks, stages, focus sessions, check-ins, kill lines, lessons and Sunday reviews
- Your streak history, coins, streak freezes and shop items
- Reminders, push tokens and notification history
- Referral links to and from your account
- Feedback you sent, including screenshots
- Any custom "Other" hustle types created for you
- Your subscriber record at RevenueCat, our subscription provider
What we keep, and why
- A one-way hashed device identifier, so the same device can't repeatedly claim new-user referral rewards. It isn't linked to your name or email.
- Subscription transaction records (product, dates, store transaction ID) for tax, accounting and chargeback purposes, unlinked from your deleted account.
- Backups: encrypted database backups roll off within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent. We can't restore a deleted account, its hustles or its streak.
Just want to delete some data?
