Account and sign-in
I didn't get my sign-in email
Check spam and promotions folders, and search for "StashMode". Links expire after an hour, so request a new one if it's old. If you signed up with Apple's "Hide My Email", the email goes to the address Apple forwards to.
The sign-in link opened a web page instead of the app
Open the email on the phone that has StashMode installed, then tap Open StashMode on the page that appears. If that doesn't work, request a new link from inside the app.
I have a new phone
Install StashMode and sign in with the same Apple, Google or email account. Your hustles, streak and coins sync from our servers.
Subscriptions
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel there:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → StashMode → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → StashMode → Cancel.
You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com for iPhone, or through Google Play's order history for Android.
I paid but my plan didn't change
Go to Me → Account → Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account. Still stuck? Email us your store receipt's order ID.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You choose which hustles stay active; the rest are parked and can be revived later.
Streaks, coins and hustles
My streak broke. Can you restore it?
Streak freezes (earned or bought with coins) protect missed days automatically if you hold one. If you think a streak broke because of a bug, email us with the date and your time zone.
Why does my building look dim?
Brightness shows your recent pace on that hustle. Complete a task or a focus session and it brightens up again. Nothing is ever damaged.
How do I add a hustle that isn't on the list?
Pick Other and describe it in a few words. StashMode drafts a starter plan for it.
Notifications
Change your hustle hours, quiet hours and daily notification cap (1–5) in Me. Reminders you set yourself don't count toward the cap. To turn notifications off completely, use your phone's settings.
Referrals
Share your code from Me → Invite. Your friend gets a month of Plus when they sign up; you get yours once they finish onboarding and complete their first task. See the referral terms.
